<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">Se spala bine broccoli, ciupercile , rosiile, ardeii si ceapa, se taie felii si se aseaza intr-un bol de salata;<br />
Se taie felii anghinarea, maslinele se taie inele si se adauga peste vegetalele din bol;<br />
Iaurtul se omogenizeaza cu mustarul, zeama de lamaie, sarea si piperul, apoi se toarna peste vegetale;<br />
Se amesteca usor, se acopera si se pune la rece 2 ore;<br />
Se scoate bolul din frigider, se adauga rosiile mici taiate in jumatati si se amesteca cu restul ingredientelor.</p>

<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">Se spala bine orezul si se fierbe in 500 ml apa, timp de 20 minute, se scurge, se spala si se da deoparte;<br />
Se curata ceapa rosie, se spala si se taie marunt; Se spala castravetele, se curata de coaja si se taie in felii subtiri;<br />
Se curata ardeiul de coaja, se curata de seminte si se taie cubulete; Telemeaua se taie cubulete, iar mararul spalat se toaca marunt; Se amesteca toate int-un castron, cu sare si piper;<br />
Se zdrobeste catelul de usturoi intr-o farfurie, se freaca bine cu sare si 1 lingura de ulei de masline, apoi se adauga treptat zeama de lamaie si se omogenizeaza;  Se toarna peste amestecul din castron si se amesteca din nou. Se serveste dupa 20-30 minute.</p>
