<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">Bagheta se feliaza si se prajeste;<br />
Ciupercile se curata, se spala si se taie lamele;<br />
Verdeata se spala, se curata si se toaca marunt;<br />
Lamaia se spala si se stoarce;<br />
Usturoiul se curata, se spala si se toaca;<br />
Ciupercile taiate lamele, se pun intr-o tigaie impreuna cu untul, uleiul, usturoiul si nucsoara;<br />
Se tin pe foc 5 minute, timp in care se amesteca incontinuu;<br />
Se adauga apa si se mai lasa pe foc inca 5 minute pana aceasta s-a evaporat;<br />
La final se amesteca bine si se adauga sucul de lamaie si verdeata (patrunjelul);<br />
Acest amestec se aseaza pe feliile de bagheta prajita si se monteaza in farfurie.</p>

<p>Se impaturesc feliile cu sunca dupa ce se aseaza in ele jumatati de felii de brinza topita taiate pe diagonala si pastaile de fasole verde;</p>
<p>Se ruleaza si se prind cu o scobitoare pentru a nu se desfasura;</p>
<p>Se pun intr-o tava cu folie de aluminiu unsa cu unt;</p>
<p>Se bat ouale si apoi se incorporeaza smintina, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper dupa gust si se torna peste rulourile din tava;</p>
<p>Deasupra, se rade cascaval, care dupa coacere va forma o crusta gustoasa;</p>
<p>Pentru a da un aspect mai atragator, se poate presara putin marar tocat deasupra.</p>
