Ungeti un vas cu ulei, intindeti jumatate din piureul de cartofi in vas puneti carnea calita si acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate de piure. Se baga la cuptor pentru 40 de minute. Cand e aproape gata se bat ouale si se intind deasupra.</p>

<p>1. In 500 g carne macra de vita, tocata, incorporati 8 fire de ceapa verde tocate, 3 linguri pasta de rosii si 3 linguri de patrunjel proaspat, tocat. Asezonati cu sare si piper negru, proaspat macinat. Taiati cubulete o cantitate de 150 g cas. Modelati carnea in 4 chiftele si, in centrul fiecareia, infigeti cateva cubulete de cas.</p>
<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">2. Intr-o tigaie neadeziva, ungeti chiftelele cu ulei si prajiti-le pe fiecare parte timp de 5 minute. Taiati o bagheta in segmente si apoi fiecare bucata pe lungime. Prajiti partea taiata la gratar, ungeti cu maioneza, asezati frunze de salata, cate o chiftea si serviti cu cartofi prajiti.</p>
