<p>Intr-un bol, amesteca ceapa tocata cu restul ingredientelor, mai putin cascavalul. Asezoneaza apoi cu sare si piper negru, proaspat macinat. Amesteca foarte bine (cu mainile), pentru a obtine o pasta cat mai omogena.</p>
<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">Modeleaza 4 burgeri (binecunoscutele chiftele) mari si pune in interiorul fiecaruia cate un cub de cascaval, dar plasat chiar in mijloc. Preincalzeste gratarul la temperatura potrivita si frige burgerii timp de 15 minute, pana cand se patrund complet; ai grija sa-i intorci din cand in cand. Dupa aceea, asaza burgerii pe chiflele prajite si presara deasupra lor ceapa tocata si maioneza. Serveste-i cu salata si cartofi copti.</p>
