<p>Se fierb maruntaiele in apa cu sare. Cand se racesc se trec prin masina de tocat carne, impreuna cu felia de paine muiata. Daca vrei, inima si rinichii se pot taia feliute cu cutitul.Se adauga ouale crude, smantana, sare, piper, verdeata tocata marunt, ceapa tocata cu cozi cu tot.</p>
<p align="\&quot;justify\&quot;">Se amesteca totul.Se unge o forma &#8211; dupa preferinta: tavita smaltuita sau forma de chec. Prapurul se spala si se intinde in forma, lasand mult si pe margini.Se pune 1/2 din umplutura, se pun ouale fierte &#8211; la alegere: sferturi pe toata suprafata umpluturii sau taiate in jumatati in mijlocul umpluturii-se pune restul umpluturii, se niveleaza cu lingura si se intorc marginile prapuruli peste umplutura.Se coace cca 30 de minute.</p>
