1 l votca absolut (sau alta  fara arome),<br />
500 ml apa,<br />
500 gr zahar.Lamaile le spalam bine dupa care le stergem cu un prosop. Le cojim (cu un cutit sau cu scula de cartofi). Coaja nu trebuie sa fie foarte groasa (sa nu iasa amar).</p>
<p>Intr-un borcan mai mare, punem cojile de lamaii si le acoperim cu votca, punem capacul si-l lasam o ora.</p>
<p>Borcanul trebuie sa fie bine inchis.</p>
<p>Dupa o ora strecuram , si punem votca intr-un bol. Amestecam apoi apa cu zaharul si dam pe foc (nu trebuie sa fiarba doar sa se dizolve zaharul).</p>
<p>Cand e gata  adaugam peste votca, amestecam putin si  turnam apoi intr-o  sticla.</p>
<p>Il dam la frigider si este numai bun de servit!</p>
